RESIZING

If you finance your purchase with Affirm, your first payment is due approximately two weeks after your purchase is finalized. Please note that due to extended delivery times, your loan payment(s) may be due before you receive your purchase.

We can resize the ring that you purchased directly from Satomi Kawakita Jewelry.
Please note that this service is dependent on the ring's design and how big or small it can become. Additionally, some of our rings are not resizable because of their unique design and the materials they are made from. Please check each product's page and contact us before you send it back to us to confirm its possibility and price.


Resizing takes about 5 weeks to be ready to ship. We can do whole sizes, half sizes and quarter sizes. We always recommend you to go to local jeweler to figure out your best fit using the same style ring.
Please note that resizing process will lose the engraving inside if there is any.
